Across Chicagoland, "One for the Honeys" is dropping on tap and in 16oz 4-packs this Saturday, March 8, for International Women's Day!

Brewed by the Pink Boots Society - Chicago Chapter at Homewood Brewing Company, this 6% ABV Kölsch features real orange blossom honey donated by The National Honey Board. It's crisp with delicate floral honey character and light notes of citrus.

Come by Saturday when we tap it at noon. It will flow until the keg kicks! We'll have a very limited supply of 4-packs available to take home that afternoon as well.

Brothers in Barleywine Collab Release with Brothership Brewing

Brothers in Barleywine Label for our collaboration with Brothership Brewing.

Brewed with our fellow Earthlings at Brothership Brewing, this barrel aged barleywine collaboration seals our fellowship in spite of the 8.45436e-12 light years between us.

Aged for two years in Angel's Envy bourbon barrels, this barleywine explodes with notes of toffee, but the spirit and oak from the barrel help balance the sweetness to avoid an overly cloying stickiness.

Available on tap and in bottles to-go starting at noon on Friday, January 10. We'll put a small allocation online for pickup as well.

Over FOUR YEARS IN THE MAKING, our collaboration with our buds at Hop Butcher is finally here at our St. Charles brewery!

An email chain that started all the way back in the Ancient Times of 2020 was resurrected many times, but our calendars just never could match up. But now...the time has come.

Parallel Rivers is a hazy double IPA highlighting Eclipse, Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops, and it is DELIGHTFUL.

Our pals at Gnosis Brewing just across the border in NW Indiana have been brewing up some amazing beers, so we were thrilled to spend a day with them at our St. Charles brewery to put our heads together on a brand new collaboration:

West by Northwest Double Hazy IPA!

Dripping with double dry hopped goodness, this beer features Motueka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops served by the boatload. And at 8.2% ABV, it's sure to warm you up this winter.

Available at noon on Thursday, December 5, on draft and in 4-packs to-go at our St. Charles brewery. Limited distro TBD.

Barrel Aged First Catch of the Day Imperial Stout Release

Nothing beats that calm morning water, broken only by the sudden, rippling thrash of the day's first catch!

Our 14% ABV imperial breakfast stout, First Catch of the Day, awakens from the depths of its barrel aged slumber.

For this iteration, we carefully blended three pulls of our imperial stout base from the cellar:

- 36 months in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrels
- 18 months in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels
- 15 months in 1792 Bourbon Barrels

This already pitch black, incredibly rich stout was then conditioned with Coffee from Manbot Coffee Roasters, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla.

To celebrate, grab a 15oz First Catch coffee mug, the perfect ceramic vessel to totally not ever drink beer from, available for purchase at the bar or online at noon Friday as well.

Draft and bottle sales begin at noon on Friday, October 4, with a small allocation going online for preorder as well. Preorders must be picked up with 10 days.

Come by after work and pair one with the deliciousness of the Curious Crow food truck at 5pm.

No bottle limit. Distro will be limited, if any, and is TBD after the weekend.

Series Launch: Terpyslurpy Blackberry Kush Fruited Sour

A new sour series is about to launch and we HIGHLY recommend giving it a try on Thursday, July 13 when our St. Charles brewery opens at noon.

Terpyslurpy Blackberry Kush is a fruited sour ale with blackberry, strawberry, and blueberry puree made with cannabis terpenes for added aroma and flavor. 6% ABV.

For the uninitiated, terpenes are chemical compounds naturally found in various plants that are responsible for flavor, aroma, and sometimes even color in vegetation.

In this case, we used concentrated terpenes from Blackberry Kush cannabis to add a powerful punch of dank, fruity aroma and flavor to our sour ale base.

This beer does NOT contain THC or CBD. It will not get you high. But it will heighten your senses when you dive into your first sip!

Available on tap and in 4-packs to-go on 7/13. Contains fresh fruit and potentially live yeast, so keep cold and drink fresh.

Barrel Aged Kamoho Release

Barrel Aged Kamoho, our highest rated and fastest selling beer of all time, returns on Friday, June 23rd, at 5pm.

THE BEER:

We lovingly aged our imperial stout base for 14-19 months in a blend of Old Elk, Heaven Hill, and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Once we pulled it from these magnificent vessels, we conditioned it on loads of real coconut, cinnamon, cacao nibs, and vanilla.

The result is a 14% ABV, thick, rich, melted candy bar of a beer.

THE RELEASE:

BA Kamoho will be tapped and bottles put on sale at 5pm on Friday, June 23. Our buds at the Stix & Noodles Filipino food truck will be here to help us celebrate.

Bottle sales will be IN-PERSON ONLY at our St. Charles brewery that weekend while bottles last.

$25 per bottle. No limit. No distro.

Any remaining bottles will go on our online shop the following Monday, June 26.

What's one to do during that week between Christmas and New Years? Open on a rare Tuesday for a special event with our friends at Toppling Goliath Brewing Company, of course!

We'll be opening on Tuesday, December 27th from 4pm to 8pm (or later if you all show up!) for a tapping of our collaboration brew, All-Night Revival DDH Double IPA.

Double dry hopped with Citra, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Nectaron, Simcoe, and Mosaic, this is one incredibly complex hazy beast that will be both on tap and available in 4-packs to-go during the event.

In addition to our stellar hazy collab, we'll be tapping* some other crazy good TG offerings, including:

When it's so early in the morning that the sun has barely crested the horizon, the dedicated fisherman heads out to the water. Nothing with him save for his lures, rods, and breakfast...a mug of coffee as sturdy as the one who holds it.

THE BEER:
Barrel Aged Fisherman's Breakfast is an imperial stout with coffee, maple, coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla. Those who remember the non-barrel aged version won't want to miss this release.

THE PREORDER:
Preorders for those who want to pick up bottles at a later date will begin WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14 at NOON.

Dual Can Release: Lazy Fox & Mantel Duck

Two beers return to our brewery in St. Charles this week that we are PUMPED to bring back.

Lazy Fox Session Hazy IPA may be the closest we've ever come to putting summer in a can! Motueka and Citra hops create a super citrus-y punch while the low 4.8% ABV keeps this beer in a very crushable state of mind.

Mantel Duck DDH Hazy Double IPA flies back into the taproom with its wings just saturated in Citra, Motueka, and Ekuanot hops. We've tweaked this beer a bit since its original release to make it even more palatable and we're LOVING the result. 8% ABV.

Stop by the taproom to pick up a four pack and try each beer on draft (once it's kegged) when we open at noon on Thursday.

First Catch & Release Pajama Party

First Catch of the Day returns this Saturday, and we're ready to welcome it in our warm and fuzzy arms with a pajama party, smashburgers by Biker Dude, and one heckuva Saturday at our St. Charles brewery.

FIRST, THE BEER:
First Catch of the Day is one of the first beers we tapped back in 2019. An imperial stout featuring maple, locally roasted coffee from FreshGround Roasters in Geneva, and vanilla. Crude oil thick, this lush stout will bring all the breakfast vibes with it.

THE PARTY:
First Catch will be tapped right when we open at noon, and bottles will be available to pick-up when doors open. You'll have a chance to pre-order bottles from our online shop (bit.ly/riverlands) starting Friday at noon.

Bundle up in your favorite pair of fuzzy PJs and let's get cozy.

THE FOOD:
Biker Dude will be here smashing burgers starting at 1pm until he sells out. We suggest getting here sooner rather than later.

This thick, rich imperial stout base has been dosed with pistachios, cacao nibs, and vanilla for a sweet, nutty treat. NO LACTOSE. At 13% ABV, this is a bottle worth sharing.

What once was, is again. Our gose returns, with a new name and fruited variation - Salty Fox: Cherry Lime!

Join us Friday, July 23rd, as we release this sour ale on draft and in 16oz 4-packs starting right at noon.

Brewed with Mediterranean Sea Salt, coriander, sweet cherry, and lime, Salty Fox is a more traditional take on sour ales than our Acid Rainbow series. It's a crisp, tart summer beverage with just the right balance of fruit, salt, and citrus to keep you cool in the heat.
