Nothing beats that calm morning water, broken only by the sudden, rippling thrash of the day's first catch!
Our 14% ABV imperial breakfast stout, First Catch of the Day, awakens from the depths of its barrel aged slumber.
For this iteration, we carefully blended three pulls of our imperial stout base from the cellar:
- 36 months in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrels
- 18 months in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels
- 15 months in 1792 Bourbon Barrels
This already pitch black, incredibly rich stout was then conditioned with Coffee from Manbot Coffee Roasters, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla.
To celebrate, grab a 15oz First Catch coffee mug, the perfect ceramic vessel to totally not ever drink beer from, available for purchase at the bar or online at noon Friday as well.
Draft and bottle sales begin at noon on Friday, October 4, with a small allocation going online for preorder as well. Preorders must be picked up with 10 days.
Come by after work and pair one with the deliciousness of the Curious Crow food truck at 5pm.
