  • Global Brew Tap House - St Charles (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Per the Facebook event page:

Join the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Committee for the Annual Foxtoberfest Beer Tasting Event!
If crafty beer is right up your taste bud alley then you'll want to check out these local breweries that will be featured at the event.

-Energy City:
Hop Nawi New England-Style IPA.
-D & G Brewing:
Kolsch - 4.5% ABV - Light in color, but big on taste. This beer is brewed primarily with Pilsner malt and a top-fermenting yeast. A light hop touch complements a clean finish.

Roasted Chocolate Oatmeal Stout - 5.1% ABV - Dark and robust. This beer is brewed with no adjuncts (no chocolate, no coffee), the flavor and power of this beer come strictly from the liberal use of flavorful malts.

-Riverlands:
Murky Waters: Citrasaic - New England Style IPA - 7%abv. A Citra and Mosaic hopped juicy, hazy IPA with a soft, smooth body. Expect flavors and aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, and a bit of piney resin.
First Catch of the Day - Imperial Stout - 12%abv. A thick, chewy Imperial Stout aged with Vanilla, Maple, and Coffee from a local roaster, Casas Coffee. In addition to the added flavors, the stout base provides a full body with flavors of dark chocolate, dark fruits, and caramelized sugar.

-The Forge: Forge Fest Bier (Oktoberfest) and a new Brut IPA
