Barrel Aged Orbital Velocity, our bourbon barrel aged peanut butter cup imperial stout, takes another trip around our St. Charles brewery on Friday, October 27.

Like the balance between inertia and gravity, cacao nibs and peanut butter find equilibrium as they orbit the rich stout base that sat for 18 months in Old Elk and Buffalo Trace barrels.

On tap and in bottles to-go at noon on Friday, 10/27, and rolling through Halloween weekend.

Any remaining bottles will go online Monday, 5/22 at noon for pickup at our St. Charles brewery by May 31.

Grab a reservation online (bit.ly/riverlands) for one of our heated tent tables, a pour of our brand new Barrel-Aged Secret Burrito Imperial Stout, some pizza straight from the Pizza-Man himself, and then pick up your bottles (pre-order online Friday at 7:05pm) on the way out.

Barrel Aged Secret Burrito is our house base stout that has been aging patiently in both Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. We recently tapped these kegs and added the vanilla, cocoa nibs, a touch of cinnamon, and three types of chili peppers: ancho, guajillo, and habenero.

This Mexican Hot Chocolate-inspired beer has subtle fruit flavors flavors from the ancho and guajillo chilis with a hint of spice from our habenero friends. The vanilla ties the flavors together seamlessly, adding the balance needed to make your next sip a necessity.

All sales for BA Secret Burrito will be through our online store starting at 8:05PM CT this Friday, December 4th for pickups starting Saturday, December 5th at noon. You may select a day and time of your choosing to pick up your bottles up to 7 days out.

Bottles are $25/each including all taxes. Limit 2 bottles per person. Quantity is limited so let's spread some love this season!
