A Heartfelt Thank You
All of us here at Riverlands Brewing Company would like to extend our deepest thanks for the support and feedback we’ve received from the citizens and fellow businesses of St. Charles, as well as the craft beer community abroad. Our first month of operation has been quite a whirlwind, and we thank everyone for their patience and patronage as we continue to grow and evolve.
If you haven’t visited our taproom yet, we’d love to invite you to join us! While Friday and Saturday evenings have been quite busy with our food truck partners and events, there are slower days/evenings such as Wednesdays and Thursdays, if a relaxed atmosphere is more your speed.
Thank you all again for the continued support, and watch this space for updates on special releases, beer fests we’re attending, and more.
Cheers,
The Riverlands Crew
Where Things Stand...
First off, in case we haven’t mentioned it, thank you for your patience and continued support for Riverlands Brewing Company! It’s a new year already, and we’re chomping at the bit to get beer in your hand.
So, when exactly is that going to be? The best answer we have for you right now is, soon…but we don’t have a hard date at the moment.
The good news is we have all of our licensing and permits in place to actually brew beer. We’re waiting on a few additional inspections and permits for the taproom, but its construction is WELL underway as well. Once our brewhouse is up-and-running, we’ll have a better idea of when we can conceivably open.
In the meantime, take a look at some new equipment photos below, and make sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to keep up on the latest news and updates. Or, scroll to the bottom of this page and sign up for our monthly newsletter and updates.
Yes, we did name our four 10-barrel fermenters after one of our all-time favorite bands. We can’t wait to fill these guys up with hoppy fermentable sugar water.
Now Hiring Taproom Staff Members
UPDATE: At this time, we have filled all of our part-time positions and our new team members have been notified. Looking forward to working with our new taproom staff!
As construction accelerates at the brewery, it’s time for us to start building out the Riverlands team.
We’re now accepting résumés for part-time taproom staff members. Note that employment would not begin until mid-to-late-February.

Things are moving along fast, with our fermenters and brite tanks already delivered and our brewhouse due next! Our walk in cooler is in place, and the taproom is coming along nicely. Here's What We're Pouring at the Tri-City Craft Brew Fest!
Between last weekend and this weekend, we are brewing our beer for the Tri-City Craft Brew Festival. We'll be pouring three of our favorite beers at the fest that represent the things we do best. We hope you'll enjoy them as much as we do!
Pride of the Fox - Our 6% abv New England Style pale ale. This is our future house beer featuring Citra and Denali hops to pack a citrusy, mango, and pineapple hop punch. When you come into our taproom, there's a good chance this will be on tap.
Acid Rainbow: Buried in Berries - A 5.5% abv beer from our "sorbet style" kettle sour series. This beer is absolutely loaded with raspberry, blueberry, and strawberry. Expect there to still be pulp in your glass! We add vanilla to this beer to give you the feeling of drinking a delicious fruit smoothie.
First Catch of the Day - a huge 12% abv breakfast stout. Thick and chewy, this beer is a treat. We add coffee, maple, and vanilla to this one. You could pour this over pancakes!
Happy Friday,
Cheers!
