Saison

Our Saison is hopped entirely with Hallertau Blanc hops lending both citrus and wine grape like flavors that pair perfectly with the slighty peppery phenols and bubblegum aroma from the yeast.

The malt bill consists mostly of Pilsner with some specialty malts to add some body to compliment the dry finish.

This beer is refreshing and light on the palate despite the abv. Cheers!
