Rye India Pale Ale

A Rye New England style IPA. The rye is just assertive enough to lend a subtle spiciness under the waves of candy fruit hop flavor provided by the massive additions of El Dorado, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Lactose adds a bit of sweetness and further body to the beer.  One of our favorites!

Hops: El Dorado, Mosaic, Simcoe

Malts: Two Row, Rye Malt, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, Carafoam, Caramalt

Yeast:  House English Ale

ABV: 6.5%
