Pride of the Fox

American Pale Ale

Named after the motto of Saint Charles, Pride of the Fox is our house pale ale.  This is one of the beers we take the most pride in, and we feel it exemplifies our style and personality.  It's the perfect beer to enjoy while relaxing with friends in our taproom. 

This complex pale ale blends citrus, mango, and pineapple with hints of pine from the huge amounts Citra.  A lightly bready malt body underlines the hops and provides a silky smooth base.  Our house ale yeast ties this beer together to make a flavorful yet easy drinking experience. Cheers!

Malts: Pilsner, Malted Oats, Flaked Oats, White Wheat, Carafoam

Yeast:  House English Ale

ABV: 6%
