“German” Style India Pale Ale

"German Style" IPA with Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc hops. Yes, we know a German IPA isn't really a thing, but we love how these newer German hops combine with Kolsch yeast. Lower bitterness than a West Coast IPA, but light bodied and easy drinking, this beer offers a nice counterpoint to our usual hazy hops. Prost!

Hops: Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc

Malts: Pilsner, White Wheat, Caramunich

Yeast:  Kolsch

ABV: 6.9%
