Banana bread inspired imperial brown ale with banana and walnuts.

If you've been to our brewery, you've probably been served by JD at some point. This is his entry in our #EmployeeBrewed series, where taproom staff members develop and helps brew their own creations.

Expect a rich, sweet, banana bread-like nose and initial burst of flavor, followed by a nutty, roasty backend.

Malt: Golden Promise, 2 Row, Munich, Flaked Oats, Crystal 80, Carafa, Pale Chocolate

Hops: CTZ, Willamette

Special Ingredients: Banana, Walnut

Yeast: House English Ale

ABV: 8.5%
