Named for one of the most ridiculous scenes in one of the most ridiculous and amazing movies, Top Gun. Whether you feel the need for speed, or just want to play volleyball with the boys, this beer is for you.

We brewed Inverted Bird with two hops we very much enjoy and are familiar with, and a third we’re excited to experiment with. Galaxy and Sultana (Formerly Denali) hops provide tropical fruits and citrus, while the very unique Sabro hop lends its pineapple, coconut, and cedar flavors and aroma to create a one of a kind IPA.

Hops: Galaxy, Sultana, Sabro

Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, White Wheat, Carafoam

Yeast: House English Ale

ABV: 7.4%
