Our German-style pilsner using a distinctly American approach. Utilizing 100% German pilsner malt as a base, we add generous amounts of German Saphir hops that lend this pils a beautiful blend of floral, spice, lemongrass, and citrus hop flavors. German Magnum hops provide a pleasant bitterness that leaves you craving the next sip.

We loaded this huge, hoppy, secret space beast with two of our favorite hops; Galaxy and Vic Secret. Expect huge aromas and flavors of unique citrus and tropical fruits that only Australian grown hops can provide. Under the ripe fruit is a pleasing bit of piney resin to cut through the sweetness. Full bodied and with a higher-ranged ABV, this beer will take you to the cosmos.
