Black River

Vienna Lager

A collaborative beer brewed with our Fox Valley neighbors and friends to the north, Black & Gray Brewing Company in East Dundee, IL. Black River is a European style Vienna lager brewed with 100% German malts, hops, and yeast. Sliding in at a cool 6.1% ABV, this amber-hued lager will fit the bill as these cool fall days move us closer to winter. We taste notes of freshly baked bread crust, toast, biscuits and a light caramel sweetness that quickly gives way to a dry, refreshing finish.

Malt: Vienna, Pilsner, Munich, Carafoam, Caramunich, Roasted Barley

Hops: German Tettnang

Yeast: German Lager

ABV: 6.1%
