American IPA using freshly harvested Michigan Copper hops from our neighbors to the west, Backbarn Hops.

Using El Dorado hops in a supporting role, our focus on this beer was the addition of these fresh hops just hours after they were harvested. The result is a more traditional IPA with a burst of fresh, grassy hop aroma and flavor. A light body allows the hops to shine, yet keeps the beer surprisingly refreshing.

Malt: Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Oats, Carafoam

Hops: Freshly Harvested Michigan Copper, CTZ, El Dorado

Yeast: American Ale

ABV: 6.9%
