Amber’s Soul

imperial Black Rye IPA

One our our beers in our Employee Brewed series, Amber's Soul is a black rye DIPA and the brainchild of our very own bartender...you guessed...Amber. Brewed initially for our Halloween party, this beer is sure to become a yearly staple of this spooky season. Expect plenty of spicy rye notes up front, followed by a pleasant roastiness and citrusy hops flavors at the end.

Hops: CTZ, Citra and Amarillo

Malt: 2 Row, Rye Malt, Carafa Special III, Caramel Rye, and Chocolate Wheat

Yeast: British Ale

ABV: 8.2%
