Sherbet-Style Sour Ale

Acid Rainbow is our "Sherbet-Style" series of kettle soured ales, exhibiting most of the colors of the rainbow from the massive fruit additions added (maybe all one day, I'm looking at you, blue beer). The color and flavor will obviously vary depending on what fruits were used, but all beers in this series share the same base and use of lactose sugar and vanilla.

Hops: Sterling

Grain: Two Row, Flaked Oats, White Wheat, Carafoam

Special Ingredients: Lactose and Vanilla, Rotating Fruit

Yeast:  House English Strain, Lactobacillis

ABV: 5.5%
